Job Description
We are looking for a skilled NICU Manager who will be accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate and efficient care for a 60-bed Level IV NICU on a 24-hour basis. Under the clinical guidance/oversight of the clinic providers, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for performing clinical, lab tasks, and patient eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develops work processes and systems to facilitate excellent patient care outcomes and patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
- Facilitates communication and ensures proper flow of information.
- Oversees patient flow in patient care and support areas.
- Ensures operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing patient care priorities, improvement, innovation or quality of care.
- Investigates any patient care and/or administrative problems and keeps lines of communication open with directors, managers, and staff to ensure high employee morale and a professional, safe patient care environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have Level III/IV NICU or Pediatric critical care experience background along with one to three years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure through Texas Board of Nursing.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $49.11/hr. - $78.58/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
