Your New Role:
Join a leading public health organization in the Downtown Houston area. As a Nurse Care Manager, you will make a profound impact on the patient experience as you conduct and update patient comprehensive assessment or reassessment, establish and evaluate goals of the patient’s care based on their needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team in all phases of the care plan or discharge planning process.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.

Your Experience:
- A Current and Valid License as an RN for the State of Texas is required
- An associate degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is highly preferred
- 2 years of work experience as an RN is required
- Basic Life Support Certification is required
