Job Description:
A reputable Orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative medical team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up assessments.
  • Obtain and document detailed patient histories and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
  • Manage patients with musculoskeletal, spine, orthopedic, and chronic pain conditions.
  • Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and medical records.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Assist with pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluations.
  • Coordinate care with referring physicians, specialists, therapists, and ancillary healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Texas.
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Spine, Neurosurgery, PM&R, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or related specialty strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay Transparency Statement:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $109,000 – $130,000 annually not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. The range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
