Your New Role:
Join one of the leading healthcare systems with multi-specialty clinics, community health centers, dental center, and more from this prominent organization. As a Patient Account Representative, you will work on billing claims, ensure payments and other revenue cycle operations meet contract, governmental, and reimbursement guidelines, and assist management staff with daily operations in billing and collections of patient accounts, payment posting, bade debt agencies, and following up on payors.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m., with no weekends to offer a good work/life balance.

Your Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare, call center, and patient accounts is required
  • EMR experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are highly preferred
