Your New Role:
Join one of the leading hospital systems in the Houston. As a Patient Escort, you will have a profound impact on the patient experience as you escort hospital and ambulatory patients to their specific destinations, follow the equipment checklist for assisting patients on and off their wheelchairs, provide courteous and professional service to all patients and their caregivers.  

Work Schedule will be varied on times scheduled by management, but you must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and must be consistent with punctuality. Attendance is mandatory. 

$10 Parking Reimbursement is offered upon hiring and the location of the building is located by the MetroRail Park-N-Ride stations. 

Your Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • No experience is required; previous healthcare experience is highly recommended
  • The ability to push at least 200 lbs. is highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
