Patient Service Coordinator
Job Description
- Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation.
- Develop and coordinate healthcare programs.
- Communicate between staff, patients, and their families.
- Handle patient case management and education.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and quality care.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Preview work experience in a clinical setting is highly recommended but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly recommended.
- Essential knowledge of medical terminology is not required but highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, customer service, and counseling skills are required.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Located in Northwest Houston with close access to various shopping centers and restaurants to enjoy during breaks and lunchtime.
