Job Description
One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking an Patient Service Representative I for the front desk area to provide administrative support. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring high-level customer service.
- Handle incoming patient calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Provide courteous and responsive communication to patient concerns or complaints, ensuring appropriate resolutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Six (6) months of Medical Receptionist experience is required.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Benefits and Perks:
- $18.74/hr.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.74/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
