The Harris County Public Health Department is teaming up with Team1Medical to seek a Program Coordinator to join their team. As the Program Coordinator, you will support the Maternal Mental Health Project by providing programmatic assistance and ensuring all program tasks, such as obtaining and processing invoices, and designing, completing, and submitting program reports, on time. Seize this opportunity to utilize your administrative work experience and take your career to the next level. Program Coordinator’s Responsibilities
  • Daily monitor the program referral box. 
  • Manage and maintain case assignments to case managers or clinicians.
  • Monitor grant metrics submissions.
  • Invoice/PO setups. 
 
Program Coordinator’s Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, project management, sociology, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Two (2) years of experience performing administrative office duties in a healthcare setting is required.
  • One (1) year of experience working with high-risk vulnerable populations is required.
  • A valid Texas driver’s license is required.
