Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Director – PN Program to provide leadership, curriculum oversight, and accreditation management for a practical nursing program. This role involves teaching classroom and clinical courses, ensuring curriculum alignment with state standards, managing program budgets, and serving as a liaison with clinical affiliates. The Program Director plays a vital role in student success, program development, and accreditation compliance.

This role involves teaching classroom and clinical courses, ensuring curriculum alignment with state standards, managing program budgets, and serving as a liaison with clinical affiliates. The Program Director plays a vital role in student success, program development, and accreditation compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction while staying current with industry trends
- Develop and revise curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and student learning outcomes
- Ensure program accreditation, compliance, and ongoing assessment
- Maintain clinical safety standards and recommend updated technology and equipment
- Mentor faculty, participate in advisory committees, and assist with recruitment and retention efforts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (required)
- Current Georgia RN license with at least 3 years of practice within the past 7 years
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a nursing education program
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of accreditation standards (ACEN experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Blackboard, Banner, and Taskstream preferred
