Your New Role:
The Program Manager position combines administrative support for the Executive Director with the oversight of institutional publication databases and CCSG Program and Shared Resources websites. The role requires exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, cultural sensitivity, and organizational prowess. As a Program Manager, this role also involves supervising office staff to optimize productivity and control expenses. Developing and implementing procedures and policies for various administrative activities, including records maintenance, document preparation, mail distribution, and reception, are integral aspects of this position.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Your Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree or PHD is highly preferred.
- Five (5) years of related program management experience is required; Ten (10) years of providing administrative support to executive/senior leaders of large organizations, meeting coordination, event planning, and education is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer software skills are required.
