Job Description
 
We are seeking an organized Provider Enrollment Coordinator in West Houston. The Provider Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the enrollment of providers for services reimbursement, reviewing provider credentials for accuracy based on licensing requirements, and obtaining information, and completing application processes in a timely manner.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Complete the enrollment process for all providers while remaining confidential and adhering to credential deadlines
  • Verify Medical Degree, DEA number, and state license number, board certifications, Curriculum Vitae, and liability insurance credentials
  • Resolve enrollment issues and explain credentialing and the importance of compliance
  • Obtain updated provider information such as state licensing boards, malpractice insurance companies, and residency training programs
  • Monitor credentialing data prior to the expiration of credentials
  • Develops databases and spreadsheets for tracking organization providers
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • Two years of work experience as a Provider Enrollment Coordinator/Credentialing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.
  • Experience with professional provider credentialing software.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $24.15 – $27.78 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
