A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support department needs by providing nutrition education and nutrition therapy to patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential investigations of newly reported HIV/STI cases, including patient interviews, contact tracing, and surveillance activities.
- Collect, review, and interpret medical records and laboratory data to support accurate case reporting and disease monitoring.
- Analyze disease trends to identify community needs and inform targeted public health interventions.
- Plan and implement community-based HIV/STI prevention, testing, and risk reduction initiatives.
- Develop and deliver culturally appropriate health education and awareness programs for diverse populations.
- Support program planning, evaluation, and quality assurance efforts, including preparing reports and documentation for funders such as the CDC.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two years minimum of Public Health Specialist/Case Register.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
