One of the most well-known healthcare providers in the Medical Center area is teaming up with Team1Medical in seeking a Radiology Technologist who will utilize the designated Radiology Information System (RIS) to complete clerical processes and the designated Patient Archiving System (PACS). Radiology Technologist’s Responsibilities
- Understand and carry out radiology requisitions and views.
- Utilize equipment producing ionizing radiation to obtain radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
- Memorize the view each physician required on exams.
- Assist patients in getting into the positions required to get the radiographs needed.
Radiology Technologist’s Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited two-year radiology or equivalent military program is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
- Essential knowledge of PACS and radiographic techniques is required.
- A Valid and Current Driver’s License is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required.
