Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Medication Associate/Pharmacy Tech to join a virtual care team delivering responsive, patient-centered telehealth services. This is a non-clinical role with a strong focus on being a resource for patients and partners to complete a valid release of information.
Responsibilities:
- Provided high-quality customer support by responding to member inquiries across calls, texts, and emails.
- Coordinated with providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing.
- Reviewed medication histories, including PDMP data, and verified member information for accuracy.
- Processed bulk electronic prescriptions and managed prior authorizations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Maintained detailed medical records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One to two years of Certified Pharmacy Tech experience within a pharmacy, medical office or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with the medication prescribing life cycle.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills
- Must live within one of the Northeastern states.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
