Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Medication Associate/Pharmacy Tech to join a virtual care team delivering responsive, patient-centered telehealth services. This is a non-clinical role with a strong focus on being a resource for patients and partners to complete a valid release of information. 
Responsibilities:
  • Provided high-quality customer support by responding to member inquiries across calls, texts, and emails.
  • Coordinated with providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing.
  • Reviewed medication histories, including PDMP data, and verified member information for accuracy.
  • Processed bulk electronic prescriptions and managed prior authorizations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Maintained detailed medical records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • One to two years of Certified Pharmacy Tech experience within a pharmacy, medical office or hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with the medication prescribing life cycle.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills
  • Must live within one of the Northeastern states.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.00 per hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
