Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Digitizing and organizing physical data/records
- Organize and categorize digital files according to study protocols, naming conventions, and compliance standards
- Conduct quality checks on digitized data to verify legibility, correct indexing, and alignment with original source documents
- Assist with data entry into research databases, ensuring consistency and data integrity across systems
- Prepare and archive finalized datasets and documentation in accordance with study close-out procedures
- Assist in the secure storage or disposal of physical records per regulatory and organizational policies
- Utilize document management systems, scanners, and OCR tools efficiently to streamline workflows
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Basic Science or related field.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and follow strict research protocols.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods of time and preparing food items based on strict dietary requirements, restrictions or specific gram weights.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
