Job Description:
A mission-focused healthcare organization in Houston is seeking a Secretary, Admin II, to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Patient and Customer Relations department. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and timekeeping processes.
A mission-focused healthcare organization in Houston is seeking a Secretary, Admin II, to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Patient and Customer Relations department. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and timekeeping processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and triage visitors, staff, and incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform departmental timekeeping duties using Kronos and support payroll preparation
- Manage daily data entry and assist with departmental mail processes and file maintenance
- Support special projects such as service recovery tracking
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the department environment is organized and welcoming
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or clerical experience; clinical setting preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and use of general office equipment
