Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain sterile surgical fields and instruments
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needs
- Ensure surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning
- Monitor and track surgical supply counts before, during, and after procedures
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- At least 1 year of operating room experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniques

In the spirit of transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $64,938 – $64,938, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
