Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Web & Digital Services Specialist to join their marketing department to act as a bridge between technology and the content creation process for a healthcare organization. Responsibilities:
- Working alongside with clinic developers, Senior Management of Digital Marketing and other staff to ensure technologies are performing well and serving the needs of our patients and internal users.
- Manage the Sitecore platform including setup, establishing taxonomy and tagging patterns, workflow, platform governance and usage reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have 8-10 years of applicable work experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales platforms such as Sitecore, SharePoint, SFDC Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation, CRM platforms (SFDC) and Web Data Analytics (Adobe Analytics), Search tools (Conductor) and/or Ecommerce, especially with regards to how they connect to or work in conjunction with Sitecore platforms is preferred.
Benefits and Perks:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $35.00-$40.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
